About Us

Delta Retail Solutions is a specialist division of UK3X, dedicated to developing and supporting the retail trade. We began the journey that brought us to today’s product line-up through our involvement with bespoke systems for retailers. This taught us a great deal about the range of challenges that exists out there in the customer’s world, as opposed to the theoretical utopia that would work beautifully if everyone behaved completely predictably.

As we developed more ePos systems it became increasingly clear that ground-up tailoring was rarely necessary. What was needed was powerful flexibility and configurability to give our customers what they needed without incurring over-inflated development costs. The current range is the result of that experience. We’ve kept the human factor right at the centre of what we do, preferring to get the computer to do tricks rather than ask your staff to become mental acrobats.
