Every Delta product comes with three months free telephone support, meaning you have plenty of time to get familiar with your new EPOS system with expert advice on hand should you need any assistance. All of our hardware is also covered by a 12 month return-to-base warranty.

However, for customers who want additional peace of mind, we offer you the flexibility of choosing a support package that suits both your business and your budget.

Bronze Pack

Offering telephone and priority e-mail support, Bronze Support is the most affordable support package offered by Delta Retail Solutions. It is perfect for smaller stores who would like additional peace of mind at an incredibly low price.

Silver Pack

Designed for stores on a budget who still want the security of on-site hardware servicing, Silver Support offers 16 hour hardware servicing five days a week alongside telephone and priority e-mail support.

  • 16 hour on-site hardware service, Monday to Friday
  • Does not include software re-installation
  • £22.50 per month (12 month contract)
  • Can be upgraded to Silver Plus to increase service to seven days a week for an additional £5 per month

Gold Pack

Our Gold Support pack offers 16 hour hardware servicing five days a week, telephone and priority e-mail support and also includes software re-installation so should anything go wrong, your ePos system can be back up and running in no time.
